Troubleshooting an Administrative User having difficulty logging into the Administrative Section of the system

Note: If the Admin user is using Internet Explorer, recommend the User to use a Modern Internet Browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge

  1. Go to People > click User Manager > Click on the User in Question

  2. Go to User's Assigned User Groups
  3. Make sure Registered is checked
  4. Make sure either Sub-Administrator or Administrator is checked

  5. If the Admin user cannot still log in, have the User Clear their Browser Cache.

Note: The Admin User Name is NOT case sensitive. Passwords ARE case sensitive.
