Troubleshooting a user having difficulty logging into the system

  1. If the user is using Internet Explorer, recommend the User to use a Modern Internet Browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge
  2. Go to People > click User Manager > Click on the User in Question

  3. Go to User's Assigned User Groups
  4. Make sure Registered is checked

  5. If the user cannot still log in, have the User Clear their Browser Cache.

Note: The User Name is NOT case sensitive. Passwords ARE case sensitive.
