Troubleshooting a user having difficulty logging into the system
- If the user is using Internet Explorer, recommend the User to use a Modern Internet Browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge
- Go to People > click User Manager > Click on the User in Question
- Go to User's Assigned User Groups
- Make sure Registered is checked
- If the user cannot still log in, have the User Clear their Browser Cache.
Note: The User Name is NOT case sensitive. Passwords ARE case sensitive.
