Set Colors on the Learner Portal

1. Go to the Design Center > click Learner Portal > click the Dashboard or click New
   
   
2. Go to the Navigation Bar tab > Set the 3 Colors (hover, bar, and icon)
   
   
3. Go to the User Bar tab > Set the 2 Colors (bar and text color)
   
   
4. Go to the Main View Area tab > Set the 2 Colors (tile bar color, tile bar text color)
