Restrict Users from Viewing / Joining Community Groups

1. Go to the Community Group in the Learner Portal > Click the Settings Gear
   
2. Configure the following settings
   1. Closed Group
   2. Hide on list of Groups
   3. Notify the Group Administrator when there is a request to join
