Site Billing Tab
Within your Brand settings (Design Center > Brands), you'll notice you have a Site Billing tab. This area allows you to customize several different settings:
1. Admin Email Addresses: establish the email addresses of administrators for this specific brand. Their email addresses will need to match the email in their user account to ensure communication gets sent properly.
2. Global Currency: determine what currency will be used throughout the site and in billing. Before changing you'll need to ensure your credit card processor supports your chosen currency.
3. Reprocess declines: allow declined charges for subscription payments to be reattempted on a regular basis.
4. Bill on Weekends: allow charges to get processed on weekends.
5. No weekend billing fallback: if you do not bill on weekends, this will determine if you bill on a Friday or Monday instead.
6. Rewards System Active: establish whether you want to utilize a rewards system within Tovuti. If toggled on, you'll have the ability to determine a Rewards Points Quotient, which determines how many points equate to one dollar.
7. Late Payment Grace Period: set how many late days a member has before their subscription expires.
8. Should we show an alert message for past unpaid subscription periods: choose whether an alert should display for past unpaid periods. This will display even if a user is current but has a past unpaid balance.
9. Select Gateway Type: determine what payment processor you'd like to use within Tovuti. Currently, Tovuti supports:
Authorize.net (Authorize.net Setup)
Stripe (Stripe Setup)
Heartland (Heartland Setup)
Converge (Converge Setup)
