      Create Google Calendar Meeting from Tovuti Events using Zapier

      1. Log into your Zapier Account
      2. Click Make a Zap
      3. Select Tovuti
      4. Choose Trigger Event "New Event" > Click Continue
      5. Select your Tovuti LMS account > Click Continue
        1. If you have not already added your Tovuti API Keys, here is How you can Locate your Tovuti API Keys
      6. Choose Google Calendar, select Detailed Event, then choose the calendar you want the meeting to show on
      7. Map the fields between the Tovuti Event and Google Calendar
      8. Click Test and Continue
      9. Turn on the Zap

      Note: Once complete, current Tovuti Events will not retroactively be added to your Google Calendar, only newly created Tovuti Events will trigger a calendar event creation in Google Calendar.
