      BizLibrary: System and Browser Requirements

      If you are encountering issues loading and interacting with BizLibrary content, please review the below System and Browser requirements to troubleshoot your issue.

      System and Browser Requirements

      Windows Machines:

      • Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox
      • Most current version of Java installed on with all other versions fully removed
      • Most current version of Adobe Flash installed
      • Pop-up blocker disabled
      • Third-party toolbars disabled

      Apple Macintosh:

      • OSX Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard, or higher version
      • Safari 3.0 or higher for your browser
      • Pop-up blocker disabled
      • Third-party toolbars disabled

      Whitelist List:

      In some instances, a firewall may be contributing to BizLibrary content having difficulty displaying. Here is a list of items you can whitelist in your firewall to allow easier access to BizLibrary content:

      • *.dev.technologyinstitute.com
      • *.wistia.com
      • *.wistia.net
