Make a User an Admin
Prerequisite: You must have Administrative Permissions yourself to grant other users Site Administrator privileges.
Step 1: Go to "Users > User Manager" and select the user you would like to give Site Administrative Permissions to.
Step 2: Click on "Assigned User Groups".
Step 3: Click the checkbox next to "Site Administrator".
Step 4: Click "SAVE"
