A learner has completed all the elements in a lesson, but it doesn’t show as complete. What do I do?

There are 2 common possibilities;

1. You most likely have an interactive element (accordion module, or presentation module) set as required which does not have the ability to actually complete it self since points are not assigned to the element.
2. It is possible the video was set as "Required" to be watched and was not watched at least 90% to completion.
