      Set Up a Virtual Classroom using a Tovuti Meeting Link

      1. Go to Learning > click Virtual Classroom > click New

      2. Assign a Title > Define a Password (otherwise, one will be created for you)

      3. Configure a Host, Time, and Date

      4. Go to the Attendee Access tab > Select the related User Groups

      5. Click Save > The Virtual Classroom Link will be generated and emailed to the related Learners
