      Enable Transcripts for Users

      1. Go to Design Center > click Learner Portal > click the Dashboard

      2. Select the User Menu tab > Click On to Toggle "My Transcript" to On

      3. Then go to Learning Tab > click on Settings > click Transcripts tab and Configure how the Transcript appears to the user

      4. Click Save
