Create a Quiz with Quiz and Survey Engine

1. Go to Learning > Quizzes and Surveys > click New
   
   
2. Assign a Title
   
   
3. Select the Mode of Quiz
   
   
4. Assign the Quiz to a Lesson within a Course
   
   
5. Review the remaining Settings
   
   
6. Click Select to Assign Questions (available types include Yes/No, True/False, or Multiple Choice)
   
   
7. Click the Description and Messages Tab > Add the Description before the Quiz, add a Default Completion Message, Failed and Passed Messages
   
   
8. Click Save
9. The Quiz will now show up as a button on the right column of the Lesson and will appear to the end-user as a Callout when the button is clicked.
